Mausami Dave first developed her interest in psychology when she volunteered at child foster care centre. As a passionate scholar-practitioner in the field of clinical psychology she divides her time between clinical practice, research and teaching. She aims to reach out to children and young adults and making growing up less difficult for the vulnerable. After completing her masters in Psychology she is currently a Teaching Associate at Ahmedabad university and also works with Chetna Foundation for Women Empowerment as an Arts Based Therapy practitioner. In her practice she strives to works with adult and adolescent clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship problems. Mausami believes one’s life experience, positive or negative, are building blocks for who we are today and can be effective tools in creating who we aspire to be tomorrow.
